    Damage deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory
    and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys,
    garage door openers, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and
    garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the home beyond
    normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
  • Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50. For cancellation
    less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $250 or 1 nights rent.
    There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

House rules: PETS: * A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee and extra security deposit. POOL RULES: * No running around the pool. * No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. GARBAGE PICKUP: * Garbage pick-up is on Monday morning. Please place garbage can by the curb prior to 5:00AM or Sunday evening * Due to animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured. SMOKING POLICY: * Absolutely No Smoking in the house or casita! * Smoking is permitted on the back patio or outside of the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. TELEPHONE: * Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance. OWNERS CLOSET: * The locked hallway closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful.

House rules continued: NO HOUSE PARTIES: * Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire security deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance. ON DEPARTURE: * All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 80 degrees during summer months. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys and garage door openers on kitchen counter.
