Snow removal and landscaping are provided by the landlord. Garbage removal is supplied by the landlord as well. Basic cable/satellite tv, local phone service are supplied by the landlord. Premium cable/satellite, internet access fees are the responsibility of the tenant. I have a verizon cellphone which works in this house.
Entertainment: This Is A Great Fishing House - You Do Not Even Have To Leave The Property There are great concert at Belleayre Mountain every weekend. Old Fashion Baseball is played in the park which is walking distance from the house
