- All four baths are ceramic tiled floors with custom made cabinets. The first floor master bath has a ceramic tiled shower and jetted tub for two persons. All baths have framed mirrors, decorative lighting and custom height toilets. Exhaust fans are in each bath along with linen closets.

- The master bedroom is on the main floor with mesmerizing mt. views both day and night. There is a deck off of the master where if you listen carefully you can be comforted by the sound of the mountain stream. The mattress of the king size bed begs you to sleep late. There is a large bath with whirlpool bath and large tiled walk in shower. The second master bedroom is on the lower floor is large roomy and restful with a double window view out over the covered deck. There is an entertainment center with TV in this bedroom, ceiling fan, and large bath with shower / tub accommodations. Bedroom number 3 has a king size bed also with a double window view out over the deck. Ceiling fan is overhead and there is a shower/ tub bath off of it also. There is a side window in this bedroom that allows extra light to enter. Bedroom number 4 also has a king size bed with overhead ceiling fan and a shower off of it. The red coverlet gives it an elegant feeling.

Wayneview is all about luxury, location and view. Easy to escape too and yet secluded and private.Wake up to the majesty of the Smokey mountains where God and beauty come together. In the evening watch the lights of Waynesville in the distance.Shopping and golf can be added benefit to being in this location as well. Laurel Ridge Country Club golf course is only a mile away. For shoppers you will be only 7 minutes away from Waynesville and a trip to Asheville is only 30 minutes. Free wireless is located at the library and coffee shops in downtown Waynesville. We are sorry that we are not able to accommodate motorcycles in this community.
Golf: A mile down the mountain is the Laruel Ridge Country Club golf course. There are several others nearby like Maggie Valley Country Club, Waynesville Country Club , and the golf course at Lake Junaluska.
