The rate is for 6 people. The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. This is a comfortable and casual beach house that can be rented short term or long term. Corporate rentals are welcome.
Taxes & Tips
Local tax is included in all purchases. There is a 9% hotel tax in a non-casino hotel and a 11% hotel with casino. Tipping is much the same as in the States. In hotels, major restaurants and nightclubs services charges are usually included. However, many inexpensive restaurants do not add service charge. If it isn't, tip between 15% and 20%.

This is a new old house 1960’s with charm and beauty. This is a charming house, comfortable, clean with great cross ventilation. We have A/C on the three bedrooms but not on the living room, but you wont need it anyway because if you open the double doors on the front and the kitchen door you’ll get a refreshing breeze from the ocean. This house has been furnished thinking on large groups of 6 to 8 people, family reunions, weddings, or just vacations with friends. We have place a large table on the dinning area to sit up to 8 people. The patio has a hammock that we bought in Costa Rica that is so comfortable, once you try it you won’t want to leave. We have a little reading space on the front of the house for those who love reading. We also have a few scramble games that some other guests have left behind for the enjoyment of their followers. You'll love the Casa de Playa.
Other Activities: The beach at the end of the street is one of the best for Kite Surfing
