MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY, PLEASE. Wow! Look at that view! Fantastic 3 bedroom/3bath high-end home in one of the most upscale golf communities in Rancho Mirage (Morningside). Nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, with 2 1/2 car attached garage. Washer/Dryer, TVs in every bedroom, 24 hour security, very close to all shopping and high quality restaurants. 2 pools within steps of the home. This home is perfect for quiet enjoyment. Prefer full season rental (November - May). NOTE: This home has a one-month commitment required in November and December. We are looking for a 4-month commitment during high season for January through April.

El Paseo, the 'Rodeo Drive' of the Desert, is just a 15 minute drive in the other direction. Nearby are movie theatres, hiking, Joshua Tree and much, much more.
