Deposit for Reservation:
A non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% of total rental fee in US funds is due at the time of request for reservation.
A rental agreement and confirmation will be sent to confirm your request.
If a reservation is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, Mexican Destinations requires full payment of rental fee to confirm request.
Final Payment:
For reservations other than the Christmas holiday, final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date.
For Christmas reservations, final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required on all properties. -

Cancellations:
Reservations will be canceled if deposits are not received in within 10 days of initial request.
Mexican Destinations reserves the right to treat any confirmed booking as canceled if deposit schedules are not met.
An extension may be requested. If it is necessary for you to cancel after final payment is due, Mexican Destinations will attempt to re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original booking.
If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 10% of the original reservation.
Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 10% cancellation charge.
All cancellations must be in writing.
Trip Insurance:
Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended, and is available through a travel agency.
