About Home:: There are ceiling fans for most rooms in the house. Living room: 42-inch TV :non cable, sofa, coffee table, love seat and side tables, ceiling fan/lights with view of the lake. Dining area: Large glass table seats four & the kitchen counter bar seats an additional four in tall bar chairs. Kitchen: Gas stove and side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice on the door. Recreation Center is just four to five minutes walking distance, you can go swimming, boating (non-motorized), fishing, hiking/biking on miles of developed trails, bird watching, walking/jogging around the lake/pecan grove, play tennis/basketball. The casino is about five miles down the road, and play golf in five public golf course to neighboring Green Valley and many others to just minutes to Tucson. Note: Recreation Center/Clubhouse guest/usage fees may apply for less than four months stay. Upon request you can get two bikes and fishing poles.

Ski: Few people think of snow and skiing when they think of Tucson. Cactus, desert, and diamondbacks more readily come to mind. The Santa Catalina Mountains, however, is home to the southernmost ski area in the United States, which is perched near the 9,157-foot summit of Mt. Lemmon. Ski runs are usually open from mid-December to early April, depending on winter weather and snowfall. Located just an hour's drive from the sun drenched resorts of Tucson, area visitors can go golfing, swimming and downhill skiing in the same day. Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley offers ski equipment rentals, instruction, the Iron Door Restaurant, a snack bar, and gift shop. Overnight accomodations are available in the nearby village of Summerhaven.
