    50% deposit due at time of booking in addition to a $100 cleaning fee and a fully refundable $250 security deposit, full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Full refund provided up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund 8-29 days prior to arrival, no refund 7 days prior to arrival - all refunds less $25 processing fee.
  • Cleaning fee is per week, can negotiate on longer rental periods. Cost includes all utilities and taxes. Sorry we do not accept American Express

All bed linens throughout the property are of a high quality for ultimate comfort and luxury. The two bedrooms and the den all include ceiling fans w/ lights.

Notes: The property features a well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances (including a toaster, coffee maker and blender) and all kitchen flatware, silverware and cookware. Includes a separate large laundry room with washer and dryer (utilities are included in the price as well as washing powder). A large storage closet includes 2 hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, a child's highchair and travel cot, family games as well as beach towels and extra linens. There is also an attached double car garage and a private balcony with large table and 4 chairs as well as a private BBQ and all grilling utensils. Naturally we offer cable TV, broadband Internet access (via your personal computer) and free local phone calls. We also offer an iPod docking station to enjoy your own music on any sized iPod. The community boasts 3 heated swimming pools with ample lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables within a 2 min walk. A cleaning service is also provided for our unit.
