Located at 412 East Arctic Ave, Folly Beach SC, 29439, this PET FRIENDLY adorable classic beach cottage is the perfect getaway! Waiting for you upstairs are fabulous ocean views from the rocking chairs on the large front screened porch, and a dedicated pedestrian beach access directly across the street with views of the Folly pier. You can have sand between your toes in moments!
Talk about cute, this is it! Outside, a sunny exterior, attractive landscaping, a large parking area, and outdoor shower beckon. Inside you'll love the original 1940's whitewashed beadboard walls and ceilings and heart pine floors.
This duplex has flexibility for small to large groups. Two separate floors each with living room, dining room, two bedrooms, kitchen and laundry, and each living room has a full size futon.
You can rent the upstairs, downstairs or the whole shebang!
Located just 4 blocks from Folly's restaurants and shopping and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

In addition to our awesome beach, there are many ways to pass your time in the area. We have a park two blocks away with a basketball court, a tennis court and a brand new children's park with a pirate theme! We have the longest fishing pier in South Carolina. At the pier you can enjoy dinner out on the deck, stroll through the gift shop, or enjoy a stroll and watch the dolphins and surfers frolicking in the surf. We have a boat landing, and a small fishing pier at our city park as you come onto the island. You'll also enjoy kayak tours, para-sailing and jet skiing off of the beach.
One of the favorite activities is a stroll to the East end of the island to view the Morris Island lighthouse, which is now being restored to it's original beauty.
Folly Beach has a host of great restaurants, both indoor and outdoor, and ranging from Costa Rican fare, to Tapas, to bar food. Whatever you're in the mood for. In addition, the renowned culinary delights of Charleston are only 20 minutes away!

Security Deposit

-If your deposit is not received within five (5) days of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.
-If your deposit check is returned NSF, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged a $3 -
Rental Payment Due Date
-Your rental amount must be paid in full no longer than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date
-If we do not receive your payment in full by the date it is due, your reservation will be canceled.
-IF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE IS LESS THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS AWAY YOU MUST REMIT FULL PAYMENT OF YOUR RENTAL RATE PLUS YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
Cancellation Policy
-You may cancel your reservation with us without penalty up to sixty (60) days prior to your arrival, by e-mailing us.
-If you cancel less than sixty (60) but more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a penalty of the lesser of 25% of your rental amount or $300 will be deducted from your security deposit.
-If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days prior, your rental payment will be forfeited in full. You will receive a refund of your security and pet deposit only.
