Very Comfortable and Beautifully Decorated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Fully Furnished Condo in one of the Most Quiet and Desirable Locations in Lake Havasu City, Az. Located on the South Side of the city on the Lake and Mountain Side of Hwy 95. Shopping is right across the Highway(Bashas Foods). You'll feel like your living in a Tropical Paradise Resort at affordable prices. Complex has a Heated Pool and Spa. Plenty of open parking for auto, boat or Rv. Fully furnished, including all appliances and utensils. Just bring your toothbrush and change of clothes. Washer and Dryer right in the unit. Local telephone, basic cable and TV sets in every room. There is a Premium Futon in the living room that sleeps two. Also, a full size futon with a upper bunk for a child (under 120 lbs.) in the 2nd bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed. The entire unit possibly could sleep 6 or 7th (child) in bunk bed.

  • We are a Ma and Pa operation. All transactions in Cash. No Credit Cards or Checks Accepted, No Exceptions!
    All Deposits will be mailed to us in the form of a money order. At check-in, the remaining balance will be paid in cash or money order. $100 Cleaning fee will be deducted from the $500 Damage Deposit and the remaining $400 will be refunded in cash after the condo is inspected for any damage at check out. Cancellations for monthly rentals must be before 45 days of check in date for full $500 deposit refund. If less than 45 days deposit is forfeited. Cancellations of Weekly reservations must be before 15 days of reservation or $500 deposit is forfeited.

    There is a No Pet and No Smoking policy. Evidence of smoking in the condo or pets constitutes a forfeiture of the $400 Deposit. Please respect our wishes as it would cost well over the deposit to repaint or clean to get rid of that smell.

Notes: Pool is not heated during the months of December through February. Heat Pumps do not work if the water temp is under 65 degrees, which it generally is this time of year. The Hot Tub works year round on its own propane heater up to a temperature of 104 degrees. No Smokers-No Pets. Check in time: 11 A.M. Check out time: 10 A.M. Monthly Rate Info:: Monthly Rates=$500 Deposit...Monthly Rate at check in with cash or money order -No Checks or Credit Cards $100 is deducted from the $500 Deposit and the balance of $400 is returned after a walk through damage inspection. We will not split hairs regarding the damage inspection. But, any evidence of Smoking, Pets, Holes in the walls, staining of the carpets or any damage require an expense to the owner to repair are grounds for Forfeiture of the $400 deposit balance.

Weekly Rate info:: Weekly Rates=$500 Deposit...+ Total weekly rate depending on the season, at check in with cash or money order. A $100 (Cleaning Fee) is taken out of the deposit and the balance ($400) refunded after a walk through damage inspection at check out. All rules for Monthly Rates apply to all rentals for any amount of time rented. A 15 day Notice Of Cancellation is needed for a full refund. Anything less than 15 days forfeits the $500 deposit, No Exceptions For Any Reason.
