The Dominic monks colonized this beautiful land in 1814 and they were fascinated with what they saw. There they founded 'Misión El Descanso', whose ruins stand being the zone´s only historic site recognized by INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) There's plenty to do in the area, even if all you need is a break.., this property is located away from the noise of Rosarito, only 45 mins away from the International Border..., you'll enjoy the scenic drive from Tijuana to El Descanso. El Descanso is a new development, just built this year (2007), be one of the first person to enjoy this beautiful house and new development facilities.
Location, location.....: Descanso has a privileged and strategic location, it is right on the zone known as 'El Descanso' recognized for being one of the most beautiful places in the area, with beautiful ocean views, dunes and green gullies.
