Rate information for this Bucharest apartment rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $75 day- $525 per week per person
- Rates for 1 person are 50 Eu/night, and Eu 335 per week. Each additional person is 10Eu/night or 70 Eu /wk extra.Telephone long distance is not included in the rate. Cleaning fee is $30 or $12/hr, as needed. No extra visitors or occupants are allowed on the premises, except the guests agreed upon.
For long term rentals 25% security deposit required to make a reservation, reimbursable at the end of the stay. Key deposit is 50US$. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Paypal accepted with 4% surcharge. Euros, Pounds, Romanian Roni accepted.
Cancellations accepted more than 30 days prior to arrival, when deposit will be reimbursed. Less than 30 days, deposit is returned minus 100$ fee.
No rentals to people younger than 21, unless accompanied by an adult. Please no surprise visitors. - $75/night-$735 wk
