This superb beach home is set in the gated community of Playa Paraiso, it an is ideal reunion location for a few families or groups of friends, choose this home to get away from it all, leave all the hustle and bustle of city life and hectic work schedules and relax with the sounds of the ocean and breath-taking views of nature.
Casa Maria is a spacious 3bedroom home, marble floors throughout, each bedroom having its own private bathroom, an extremely comfortable living area with a 40 inch Sony television and satellite TV with 300 channels, wireless Internet access, a large dining area with a modern dining table and leather high back chairs, fully equipped kitchen with one double door refrigerator and another spare refrigerator out back enough to accommodate 2 - 3 families. Most importantly beach access, right in front of Casa Maria is the walk way that leads to the beach, even from the pool you will see the para-sailing, jet-skiing and the various types of boats that pass by.
