Groceries: If you forget to buy something at the grocery store there's no need to drive back into town. The Paradise Deli is walking distance (120 yards) from the Apres Chalet. They have a full deli that services breakfast and lunch. They also have a medium size grocery store with beer and wine. They sell just about everything you would need except meat, chicken or fish.
