This non-smoking, two bedroom, beach retreat is on the top floor (sixth level) and faces the Gulf of Mexico from a beautiful angle with spectacular views of the Gulf, John's Pass and the bay with the Tropicana Dome in the far distance. On the South side, the condo has a long balcony off the master bedroom and living room that allows beautiful sunrise views. Within walking distance are shopping, gambling ship cruises, restaurants, fishing boats, jet ski rentals, parasailing and much more. This almost 1,000 square foot, quiet condo has new appliances and is set up for complete cooking, serving and dining. Bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers. Wireless Internet, TVs, DVD player are provided. The building is totally renovated and updated with key entry required for access to elevators, stairwells and beach with code access for guests. The white sand is breathtaking and the beach area deep and wide with a private atmosphere.

One of the most popular draws here is the John's Pass Village and Boardwalk which features shopping, eating, charters and live entertainment - not to mention John's Pass itself which is one of Florida's most beautiful spots, rusted tin roofs and weathered planks all contribute to a feeling of antiquity at this *turn of the century fishing village* as does a 1,000 foot water hugging boardwalk. The bulk of the fishing fleet docks here to unload their catch, making good the nearby restaurant chains of the freshest fish and best chowder in the area.
