Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pets welcome - We do not charge a deposit for pets, however pet owner is responsible for any damages
- A $150 deposit and a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee is due at the time of booking when using the online credit card. For credit card payments---an invoice will be sent via email containing a link for you to pay. If paying by check (mail), only the $150.00 deposit is required. The deposit must be received within ten days of reservation request to confirm your dates. Your deposit is deducted from total rent price.
The full rental balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If booking an arrival date that is less than 60 days away, entire rent is due at the time of booking, unless other arrangements are made. - Cancellation Or Date Change
Sixty days minimum notice for any cancellations or date changes. If
given less than stated minimum days required notice and we are unable
to get the unit rented for those days, your deposit, rent, taxes, and fees
will be forfeited. If we are able to find a rentor, we will refund all monies
less the initial $35 processing fee and a $25 cancellation fee. Any date
changes of a reservation incur a $25 administrative change fee in
addition to the non-refundable $35 processing fee.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for early departure or not being satisfies with
the home. If a malfunction or breakdown of appliances, air conditioning,
or other equipment occurs, we will do everything we can to remedy
the situation as quickly as possible. However, we cannot provide you
with a refund for these issues. As for implement weather: unless the
area is officially evacuated, there are no refunds for bad weather or
hurricane watches.
