For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

- The master bedroom is huge, with a step down area which includes a very comfortable wrap around couch, built into the marbled floors with marble. It is directly in front of pull back windows, with awesome panoramic views. Many fall sound asleep while reading on these comfy couches. The Master bed faces directly out to the water, so you lift your head up and the most gorgeous view is right there awaiting you each morning, or nap time. The Guest bedroom is a queen and very comfortable bed, with extra closet space and beautiful decor.

Guests Comments:: From Jen and Dave, March, 2007 We just wanted you to know that we arrived safely and easily – not a hitch. The condo was ready and in great shape when we arrived. It is absolutely lovely. We enjoy looking at all the details from the art you selected, to various fixtures in the bathroom. I’m sitting now at the desk with the windows wide open over the bay. There is a HUGE cruise ship on its way into port. I can’t imagine what that must do to this little town. We’ve enjoyed the pools over the past few days; have had breakfast at La Casa Café, and dinners at la Perla and Banditos. Everything has been delicious. Everything you said about Zihua is right on. The people are extremely friendly and helpful, the views are wonderful, and the weather is warm (and a bit humid). We are lathering on sunscreen like it’s going out of style! We LOVED the condo and everything turned out to be even better then we could have ever imagined. I have told many people also about your condo and I hope that they are one day able to take advantage of that wonderful place. We cannot even begin to decide what restaurants or activities we did were the best because each day was amazing and there was never a cloud in the sky the entire time we were there. We also have to admit, when we first decided to go to Zihua and read about how everyone says it is paradise, we were somewhat skeptical since everyone thinks the place that they vacation to is the best and most beautiful. More Guest Comments:: FROM THE PEOPLE STAYING THERE FEBRUARY, 2007.. Mollie, we've had a great time here the last couple of weeks are really sad that this is coming to an end on Thursday! We are making plans for 2008; the dates we're looking at have us arriving on Saturday, 2/23, and departing on Saturday, 3/8. Since you don't have the 2008 calendar posted on the website, we wanted to ask whether or not these 2 weeks in 2008 are available and what the rate will be. We like to book our time a year in advance - gives us something to look forward to! Again, the condo is wonderful. We met so many nice people here - owners and renters! We know there are numerous units available for rent and definitely want to finalize our 2008 vacation plans asap. 2008 will be our fifth visit to Zihua and would like to return to Casa Romantica. Ski: Jet Skis available at La Ropa Beach, and pricing CAN be negotiated!
Golf: There are two beautiful and popular Golf Clubs nearby in Ixtapa (about 10 - 15 minutes).
Guest Book: The owners, Mollie and Tom, were extremely helpful in helping us reserve their condo. They answered all our questions and concerns via email very quickly and this allowed us more time to just relax and have a great time. When we arrived, we were so relieved to see that the condo looked just like the pictures on the website. Our first impression was that the grounds and pools were beautiful. Our next impression was how great that staff was in helping us get settled and making us feel comfortable! We loved how the condo was decorated. It felt very casual but also elegant, and we felt instantly comfortable. The views out of the main room and master bedroom windows were breathtaking!
