Relaxing getaway or family vacation fun. 3 bedroom detached condo overlooking Paugus bay and a mile from the Weirs. Central air, ceiling fans in every room and plenty of windows to let the cool mountain air in. Has its own boat dock and beach across the street. Outdoor pool with views of Paugus bay. Microwave, gas grill, Big screen televisions up and down with surround sound. XBOX, DVD, Cable, broadband internet access all included. Not to be overlooked is my favorite feature... ice cream parlor right across the road!
When the weather gets cold enough, we have a snowmobile ramp down to Paugus Bay.

Lakes region of NH within walking distance of Weirs beach. About a 1 hour drive to North Conway, Storyland, Santa's Villiage and other White Mountain attractions. Great places to eat within a few miles (Hart's Turkey Farm is our favorite), not to mention great gift shops, candy shops and outlet shopping. Take a cruise on the Mt. Washington or just drive a few minutes to some spectacular scenery.

- $200.00 refundable security deposit required. It will be refunded once cleaning is done. Usually sent out within 7 days. A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be added for rentals of less than 4 nights. For rentals of 4 nights or more, just pick up after yourself and we'll do the rest. A $100.00 deposit is needed to hold a reservation. Deposit will not be refunded if you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. Exceptions are made for Military personnel.
