This vacation rental is of a nice, fully-furnished studio apartment in the Ashford Imperial, a high-rise condominium apartment building with a 24-hour security guard in the lobby. A private indoor garage parking space is also included in the rental. There is a private pool located off the lobby level with a /sun deck, comfortable chaise lounges, picnic tables & umbrellas, outdoor shower and a pool-side lavatory. There are vending machines and free wireless Internet access in the rear lobby (pool access) and in the front lobby). There are several designer boutiques in the building and a café with outdoor seating along Ashford Avenue. On the second floor there is a gym/exercise room for guests' use and a coin-operated laundry room with washer/dryers.

Everything is at your fingertips. A short bus/taxi ride to and from airport, Old San Juan and Isla Verde. The Condado beach is just a short walk away.
If your Spanish is not quite up to par, most everyone speaks some English and Spanish.
