Details: The living area is open plan, bright and spacious. The kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator, separate space with washer and dryer. The kitchen nook features a round table with four chairs and in the living area another table with six chairs. Outside in the back you will find a lanai, a large pool and a spacious screened area surrounded by grass. Always sun or shadow to enjoy. The irrigation is hooked on a well so always a nice, green garden.
