The Captain's Ha'ena Hideaway is designed for the price conscious vacationer. One enters The Captain's through a hedge into a small yard surrounded by hedges and palms. Across the yard is the entry lanai with patio furniture, lounge chairs and coffee table. From here guests enter into the living room. Here you will find a comfortable corner unit with two couches allowing ample room to stretch out and relax. Dine on a lovely teak dining table and comfortable chairs. From the living room, guests enter the bedroom with a tropical style king size bed. This room can be closed off for privacy. The bedroom opens to a full kitchen. The Captain's has new furniture, new stove & new refrigerator, an indoor shower and tub. The decor is uniquely nautical with touches of tropical bamboo and has an extensive nautical library. Wireless internet access included. Ku'au Beach is 400 easy, level steps from your door, a comfortable walk to the ocean and Tunnels Beach is about half a mile walk.

400 Easy Level Steps to Ku'au Beach: The beach only 400 easy, level stops from your door, a comfortable walk to the ocean. From there guests can walk continuously on the sand to Tunnels Beach, State Beach and then to Ke'e Beach at the end of the road. Ke'e Beach is about 2.5 miles down the beach.

Attractions Close By: You will be just minutes away from Kaua'i's world famous attractions: The spectacular Kalalau Hiking Trail that begins at Ke'e Beach, Tunnels Beach - fabulous snorkeling and diving, kayaking on the nearby Hanalei Rivers.
