- Add 11% Florida Tourist Tax to Rental Rate. A one-time $85 Cleaning Fee is due at the end of your stay. Long-term Rentals Welcome. No Pets. No Smoking. Refunds for cancellations, with less than 90 days prior to arrival date, will be gladly given if unit can be re-rented for same time period and same rental rate. Arrival at 2:00 pm and Departure at 11:00 am. Two week minimum rental.
