Confirmed Booking: The Owner will confirm each booking as soon as possible after receipt of the signed booking form and $250.00 deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Check In: 4:00 pm. Check Out: 11:00 am.
Cancellation: In the event that you cancel your reservation, or we have to cancel the arrangements due to non payment of the balance due within the time allowed before departure, cancellation charges will be made as follows; 8-6 weeks before arrival date = 50% Deducted. 6 weeks or less before arrival date = 100% Deducted. No Smoking Policy.
