- Summers are perfect with 80 degree days and 60 degree nights. Surrounded by large leafy trees and with cool mtn. breezes we rarely ever need to turn on the air conditioning. Fall colors are amazing here. Winter is temperate. Snows only enough to be picturesque. Spring is gorgeous with all the trees & flowers blooming.
