Rate information for this Palm Springs house rental

  • Fall Special -- 900 for weeks in September, 1050 for weeks in October plus taxes and cleaning fee
  • $1400 a week during peak season, Jan 1 through May 31
    $1250 in shoulder season, October 1 through December 18
    $900 a week in off season except for Labor Day and July 4
    $2000 a week between 12/18 and 1/1 and weeks that include Easter, Coachella Music Fest
    $900 for a three night weekend in peak season, only between gaps
    $5,000 a month in peak season. 4200 a month in shoulder season plus projected utilities of 600.00 for pool, spa heating with possible refund for guests who conserve energy.

Notes: Small to medium dogs are welcome that are housebroken, quiet, flea-free, don't chew. This house has solar powered electricity with conventional back up as well as a solar pool heater. Utilities costs for monthly renters are much lower. Projected utilities from Fall to Spring are 150.00 a week which includes pool and spa heating. We will provide copies of our utility bills to monthly renters and refund any differences which are very likely if guests are good about energy saving. We like providing a 'green' experience for our guests which includes a water saving cactus garden for the front yard. For October of this year and the second week of December, we are offering a discount rate of 1050.00 a week plus taxes and cleaning fee.

'Your house was the perfect spot for our yearly spring break with our daughter and her family. And we especially appreciated our ability to bring our dog. The house feels like a home. Every amenity you could want and beautiful art work as well. The smell of the citrus trees as we sat by the pool was so nice. The location is quiet and free from drive by traffic.
