There is a gas grill with propane filled. Out behind and under the decks you can put bikes (or in the lower level via the back door).
For elderly or infirm: there are only 2 small steps to get into the house (front of a raised ranch) and access to the kitchen, bath, dining, living, 1 bedroom and deck. 2nd bath, bedroom and laundry require additional stairs.
Trash pickup twice a week. Cleaning done prior to and after your stay. However, the cleaning supplies are well stocked for your stay.
