The exceptional furnishings and interior were done by a professional designer and incorporate the owners original oil paintings from the Caribbean. Conveniently, a boat ramp & fuel dock are located across from the condo. Rental includes the use of a covered 12' X 32' boat slip. A short walk from the condo on level ground will take you to the dock and it is only 4 slip spaces out!
The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, washer, dryer, and everything you need for cooking and dining. The spacious living room has direct access to the patio, TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo and a fireplace. The deck has an expansive view of the main channel, Niangua Bridge, dock & pool area. A gas grill, dining table, corner couch with ottomans and a coffee table are for your enjoyment.
Through double French doors you'll enter the spacious Master bedroom. It has a fireplace, private entry to the deck with a gorgeous water view, a private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an entry to a full bathroom, queen size bed and trundle bed. The third bedroom has twin beds. All linens and towels are furnished including beach towels. So, all you need to bring is your bathing suit, tee shirts & shorts, flip-flops and a sunny disposition to join your family and friends at 'THE BOATHOUSE CONDO'!
