This wonderful condo is located at the south end of Kailua-Kona in the Keauhou resort area. Ideally positioned next to the Kona Country Golf Club, the Keauhou Shopping Center, and Kahalu'u Beach Park - all within easy walking distance or on 'neighborhood' tram route - this particular area is quieter, more spacious and enables you to really feel like your away from it all. This is Kona at it's best! There are several wonderful restaurants at the Keauhou Shopping Center or you can take a scenic, meandering, oceanfront drive up Ali'i Drive to the town of Kailua-Kona and sample one of the many restaurants available there. Monthly rates are based on 28 day rental; additional days pro-rated at monthly rate. - First time guests will be charged a refundable $250 security deposit. Security Deposit will be released after satisfactory cleaning inspection upon checkout.
