Information about this cottage rental in Acadia National Park
Home situated on 1 acre private lot. Entrance of drive has view of Cadillac Mountain. Cottage is not located in the middle of the chaotic activities but close enough so that you could be there very quickly. Very welcoming and comfortable. Wether you prefer to dine or lounge on the large wrap-around deck or pick blue berries in the field (in season) you will be very content. Large lawn for children to play or to throw a ball for your pet to retrieve. The flower gardens are beautiful and attract a large variety of birds. The cottage was built in 1983, this year has been completely renovated. The open floor plan invites family time and conversation. High speed, wireless internet is available for those who need to check in at work or inquire about local activities. 1 mile from the home is the welcome center where you can catch a free bus which goes all around the island.

- Master bedroom is in the enclosed loft, new this year. Large walk in closet, flat screen TV with cable. Nice private area to relax and read. Bedroom 2 has a large selection of books and games, something for all age groups. Television with cable connection and VCR. A selection of movies also available in this room. Children’s, action, adventure, a large variety. Bedroom three has a desk and computer; we also have a wireless connection for those with laptops. Bedroom 4 is actually the living area with a queen futon, cathedral ceiling with fan.
