There is a non-refundable cleaning charge based on the number of days you stay (example: 3 days is $75.00, a week is discounted to $150 per week , provided normal and expected care of the premises are practiced by you. If you plan to stay longer I will require access to clean once a week to maintain the cleanliness of the space for your stay and future vacation arrivals. There is some flexibility in the cleaning fee for longer stays and can be discussed if needed.
It is my goal to have the unit available for your first day by 12:30PM and check out is 10AM--These times may have flexibility depending on vacancy surrounding your planned time. Example: If unit is ready and your arrival status on first day is at 9AM you can have earlier check-in--if you request late check-out every effort will be made to accommodate you -
There is a $500 security deposit required. Pet Deposit $250 It will be credited back fully provided no issues of reimbursement are determined at your check-out. Deposits for premises/ or pet fee deposits: refundable if the unit is left in the same condition as when you moved in, assuming no stains, chewing, breakage, rips, burns, missing linens or other items, etc. Your credit card will be refunded within 3 days after your departure for the deposit for the unit/ and or pet deposits.
Your credit card holds your reservations and all reservations are prepaid. A daily, weekly, or monthly information sheet will be emailed to you showing the information required or your occupancy. Payments are by credit card directly to the property owner, processed through my PayPal account. Due to fraud no other forms of payment will be accepted.

Booking and Cancellation Policy: : This unit being a townhouse -hotel policy does not apply, 50% of the total amount needs to be submitted at the time of booking to hold your reservation, 30 days prior to your occupancy the balance is due along with determined security deposits and cleaning fees. If you need to cancel anytime up to 30 days prior to occupancy the 50% is refundable. 100% is non refundable within 30 days of occupancy of daily rates--security deposits, cleaning fee, taxes, will be refunded. I welcome spur-of-the moment reservations if the unit is available.
