Property is located on a canal leading to Tampa Bay. The Bay is 5 minutes by boat, 2 minutes by car. There are plenty of palm trees and vegetation surrounding the house. You will be within mintues to many great restaurants, a drive-in theater and the beach. 20 minutes from Busch Gardens and 1 hour from Disney World!
