Ocean front: Our condo is located on the 6th floor with incredible views of the Gulf and new Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, Newport Dunes. Other amenities include: Elevator, Assigned Garage Parking, Washer/Dryer in unit, Sauna, Two Pools, Shuffleboard and Private boardwalk to the beach.
Great food: Port Aransas has some of the very best seafood restaurants in Texas!!!
Great fishing!: You can charter for deep sea or bay fishing. Plenty of room to park your trailered boat and marinas for fuel minutes away.
Golf: New Arnold Palmer designed golf course is now open! It is located right on the beach next to the condo. http://www.newportdunes-golf.com
