$15 per person per day beyond 10 individuals. Add 11% to above rates for Florida Lodging Tax. Rates subject to change without notice. Complementary second golf cart. - The reservation form along with a $500 deposit is required to complete a reservation and must be received by Seawatch LLC within 7 days of a tentative phone reservation having been made. This deposit initially guarantees your reservations, then becomes a security deposit which will be refunded upon satisfactory conditions of home & within 45 days of departure. The rent + Tourist Tax is due 60 days before occupancy. To pay for extra bedding and cleanup services parties beyond 10 individuals are charged an extra $15 per person per day. For reservations made within 60 days of arrival the $500 security deposit and rent plus 11% Tourist Tax is due overnight (UPS, FedEx, or US Mail).
