Mt. Abram: The house is located on the Mt. Abram ski resort Hay Road Trail. Mt. Abram is 5 miles south of Bethel on route 26. Sunday River resort is a 15 minute drive from the house. Direct slope access for easy ski in / ski out right out the back door.
Ski: Mt. Abram Ski Resort: Sunday River
Golf: Sunday River Golf Club is 15 minutes from the house. The Bethel Inn is ten minutes from the house and features an 18 hole course.
