The condo and furnishings are in excellent condition. It is a beautiful 3br/3ba second floor corner unit facing east over the Intracoastal Waterway, with some sun on the screened lanai in the mornings, and shaded in the afternoons. Great for relaxing or snoozing while watching the many boats, wildlife and birds.
