Monthly and multi-month rates are available from Nov. 1, 2008 through March 31, 2009.
Weekly rentals from May 30, 2009 through August 7, 2009 are Saturday to Saturday.
Rates include departure cleaning, bed linens and towels. There is an 11% South Carolina tax on rental fees. A $500 deposit is required at booking, and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $150 damage/key return deposit is required when the balance is paid. This deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure when the keys have been returned and unit has been inspected following departure. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, bank or postal money order. Check-in is 3:00 P.M.
Check-out is 10:00 A.M.
Rates for unbooked periods are subject to change without notice.
If you have any questions please telephone or e-mail owner - Condo will not be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Each bedroom is nicely furnished, and equipped with a TV, a DVD/VCR player, and a clock radio. Linens are provided.
