- The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. Both bedrooms are spacious (175 sq. ft. each) and share the following features: two nightstands with reading lamps, overhead recessed reading lights with separate power switches, dimmers on all lights, stereo speaker overhead with volume control knobs, wall sconce lighting, pitched ceilings, and ocean views. The first bedroom has a wall mounted TV/DVD player, a walk-in closet, fully tiled double shower with ocean view. The other bedroom has its own deck and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub and shower tiled to the ceiling. The third sleeping room is the open reading room with a sofa that converts into a double bed and its own deck with mountain and ocean view.
