Located in Villages of Ocean Hill, this beautiful well maintained beach house was built in 2004. Perfect setting for family and friends to relax and enjoy each others company. Plenty of room for large groups to spread out with separate gathering areas on each floor. Private pool (36' x 14') and hot tub with large pool deck to accommodate large groups. Upper level has a great room and dining area with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. Seats 18 for dining. Large, fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. Third row back from beachfront. Walk to shops and restaurants.

The beach house is located within a wild horse preserve. It is one half mile from the 4 wheel drive beach and within sight of the Currituck Lighthouse. Watch for horses and deer from the upper deck. Just a short walk to a boardwalk nature trail that leads to the Currituck Sound. Walk to the beach just 5 minutes away. Walk to shopping and restaurants.
