Washer/dryer room. Large TV in bedroom, Private driveway and parking. Basketball court, foot paths to private pond & beautiful views. Within walking distance to Italian restaurant & bar, walk to town or just a short drive, with fine dining, shopping, art galleries, library, cinema-theater, groceries, Italian deli, 2 major golf courses, bars. Brochures & guide book provided with area attractions. Plenty of fun in Summer OR Winter; Windham Mountain ski resort within 1 minute drive or Hunter Mountain ski resort 20 min. drive. Property sits on 5 acres. Trout Pond Fishing is catch & Release only.

Includes a lodge for relaxing & refreshments. If not up for walking, we are just a short trip by car!

Notes: Hi, when you rent from us we are available 24/7. We live in the Area. We can help in anyway we can. We take care of Snow plowing, lawn care and garbage removal. Our house has clean water and great water flow in all faucets. Many people can take showers back to back and never run out of hot water. We take care of the outside Hot Tub. Supply gas for outside cooking grill. We also supply all the firewood you would need during your stay.These notes apply to short term rentals only.
