Views are stunning in this newly constructed 3700+ square foot oceanfront home located in the private gated community of Ocean Sound Village.
1st Floor: Two ocean front master suites w/ queen beds and private baths. Remaining bedrooms on this floor have private balconies w/ intracoastal views: one w/ two twin beds and the other w/two sets of bunks. Large recreation area, located on the ocean side w/ pool table and full futon for extra sleeping space, flat panel television & surround sound, X-Box 360, card table, and a morning kitchen.
2nd Floor: One master oceanfront suit with a king bed and private bath. A study w/ private intracoastal balcony that doubles as a bedroom. Large great room w/ panoramic ocean views, a wide screen television and a fireplace. The dining area consists of table seating for 12 w/ a nearby eating bar that seats 3.
3rd Floor: Office w/observation room overlooking the intracoastal waterway.
