There is a 1 week minimum May 26, 2012, through September 15, 2012; otherwise, there is a 3 night minimum.

- All the bathrooms have custom tile, white marble sinks and vanities, and exhaust fans. 2 of the bathrooms(2nd & 3rd floors) have custom glass shower doors. All of the bathroom and bedroom doors are solid wood to cut down on noise transference. There is a window in the penthouse suite shower from which you can watch the boats sail up the Intra Coastal Waterway.

- The entire house has been professionally decorated and it is beautiful. The first floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 baths, a laundry room and an outside shower w/change room. There are 2 queen size bedrooms with baths on this floor, one bedroom with twin beds (converts to a couch)with a TV/DVD, and a bunk room that sleeps 6. The second floor has a king master suite with bath, TV/DVD & private balcony. Also, on the second floor is the great room, kitchen, dining areas, 45' flat screen TV/DVD, fireplace, those incredible views, wrap around decks, outdoor gas grill, and a half bath. The 3rd floor is the penthouse suite with TV/DVD, large private deck & fabulous water views.
