Welcome to this exceptionally clean and comfortable year round home which offers airy, spacious and nicely furnished rooms. Large oversized, tiled eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. Large living room/dining room combination with plenty of seating to enjoy cable TV/DVD. All rooms have beautiful hardwood floors and are nicely decorated. There is a large private backyard with a patio complete with furnishings and gas grill. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! The three bedrooms have lots of space for your personal items. Use the garage to store your beach gear. The laundry room is also located in the garage along with the 2nd bathroom. Awesome location - close to golf courses and beaches. Walk a few blocks to Dennisport Center, several restaurants, ice-cream and nightlife establishments, as well as shopping and churches. Walk to the end of the street to Swan Pond where you can enjoy the peaceful view or kayak to open ocean. Ocean side beaches are 1-2 miles away
