Note regarding renters age 21 to 25 years old: Renters 21 to 25 years old, vacationing students or singles. There are extra requirements which will be discussed and will be detailed in a rental agreement which must be signed by every guest.. Obviously any illegal activities will not be tolerated and causes forfeiture of deposit. Any police action taken due to any guest's behavior will result in immediate eviction, no refunds of any kind and further legal action if needed. Responsibility is expected. No one under 21 years old, is allowed without parent / legal guardian.
