Recent purchased by architect/decorator owners of the Lakehouse and Treehouse family reunion cottages on Highland Lake in Windham, ME.(Property# 31784) We are excited to open our home for the summer rental months of July and August, 2008. 1 hr to Boston. 50 min to Portland, ME.. 1/2 hr to historic Newburyport, MA. 10 min to downtown Portsmouth. 10 min to Kittery, ME shopping outlets. 15 min from miles of NH walking and bathing beaches or ME's rocky coast. Dock and float. Bring your boat. 8 person hot tub facing water. 10' x 30' floor to ceiling windowed/screened on 3 sides - all season porch. Open living area (with wall of glass sliders open to all season porch) and three bedrooms all with waterfront views. More! So much more!!!

- All bedrooms have waterfront views. There is a wicker furniture brick patio located just outside all slider doors and just under the roof of the enclosed all season porch. Beautiful. Quiet. Views of the water, the next door cover and the slightly distant waterfront activity. Night lights are just wonderful! 8 person hot tub just to left of outside brick patio. Faces water. Wireless internet throughout house. Downstairs rooms could be bedroom, guestroom, office. If we rent to one party for a full month or for both months, we could reconfigure beds - and/or set in office furniture to the third bedroom
