It's comfortable, tidy and clean - and ready for your stay. We personally clean the condo after every departure. The beach is directly in front of the pools. Bed Linens, Bath towels, Beach chairs, & Umbrella are provided up front for the week. Relax & enjoy a great night of sleep in the Separate Master Bedroom on the comfortable king bed. Perhaps you might enjoy catching a movie on the Cable TV prior to retiring for the night. Why not turn the ceiling fan on & catch the breeze after a hot day full of sun on the beach. The Living room features a Queen-Size pull-out Sofa bed for the kids or your additional guests, Cable TV, VCR & local phone service, (sorry, must use a calling card for long distance). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, stove top burners (no oven, except microwave & toaster), blender, crock pot, & a toaster-oven. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ grills & eat at the picnic tables on the oceanfront pool deck.
If a hurricane is announced/expected the week of your arrival, you may receive a refund of the deposit and any money paid in advance, or apply it to another week. The decision is yours, as we want you & your family to remain safe above all. Please do not come when a hurricane is expected as we would rather refund your money & know you are safe! Please enjoy all the amenities included in the fenced off area of the complex. We have a heated oceanfront swimming pool & a kid pool, pool bar (in season only), BBQ grills in the pool area, a shared laundry room, etc. There is an additional 2nd pool that is set back further from the ocean for additional privacy. We love our condo & we think you will also. Our private balcony side-view of the ocean is spectacular. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise, have your morning coffee or juice, catch some rays, read a book, plan your day or just gaze at the ocean and watch the dolphin frolicking in the ocean water.
The condo has beautiful wood floors in the living room/kitchen/dining area & carpet in the bedroom, a new king size bed, & a new queen sleeper sofa. We take care of our property and it is updated for your comfort and ours. Our guests will agree that we give them a great value for their vacation. We work hard & would not expect you to put up with anything we consider less than desirable. Furniture is replaced when needed but not every year. We do the painting and cleaning prior to every arrival. If something needs repair we usually handle it or hire a professional if need be.
