Completely remodeled in 2007 (everything is brand new) and luxuriously furnished, it offers most amenities and total comfort for everyone in the group. Ideal for two families or small party of friends. Cable TV and WI-FI Internet. 2 reserved parking places by the entrance. Ground level: Great room with 3 leather sofas, gas fireplace, Flat screen TV/DVD. State of the art open Granite Kitchen, fully equipped, bar counter. Cozy dining room, seats 6. Breckenridge, Colorado located in Summit County (coined 'Colorado's Playground') is flanked to the West by the Ten Mile Range, home to the Breckenridge Ski Area. The downtown Breckenridge area boasts spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the entire Ten Mile Range. As Colorado's Playground, you'll find plenty of activities to keep you busy in Breckenridge including downhill skiing, nordic skiing, mountain and road biking, hiking, fishing, golfing (yes, your drive really DOES fly farther) and horseback riding to name a few. Breckenridge was founded in 1859 during the placer gold mining era. These days, in addition to the sporting activities, Breckenridge is home to the Breckenridge Festival of Film, the National Repertory Orchestra in Summer, and the longstanding Ullr Fest Parade in Winter honoring the Norse god of snow.
