Email us for availability. We do not use this calendar. The Snowshoe Lodge is a cozy full log cabin situated on 10 private acres with private swimming pond. The lodge offers a Outdoor hot tub for your added enjoyment and 2 bedrooms, with fully equipped kitchen. The lodge accommodates Five and includes such amenities as vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, fireplace, satellite TV, and a large covered deck facing the pond, offering beautiful views of the natural surroundings. Open all year and provides ready access to the many hundreds of miles of Snowmobile and ORV Trails in Oscoda County and beyond. The Beautiful Ausable river is only 10 minutes away for canoeing and world famous fly fishing! There are many miles of riding and hiking trails through the AuSable State Forest which is walking distance from the lodge along with numerous golf courses in the area! The Snowshoe Lodge is only 1/4 mile from the Jocacherra Lodge which would provide you with additional facilities for a group.

AuSable River and Big Creek- Fly fishing, Canoeing, Kayayking & Tubing (10 minutes). World Class Golf At Garland (20 minutes) Cedar Valley and Fairview Hills (10 minutes) and Thunder bay Courses (30 minutes) Fishing and Swimming on the property with sand beach. Also only 5 minutes to Perry and Smith Lakeswith sand beaches for swimming and fishing Snowmobiling and ORV trails (access from the lodge (snowmobiling) Forestry Exposition and County Fair in July. Northern Michigan Relief Sale and Quilt auction in August. Summer Art Fair in Neaby Harrisville. Elk herd viewing (30 minutes North) Also Wild Turkey, Partridge, Whitetail deer & Black bear in the vicinity. Plenty of Privacy if you choose to simply rest & relax, read a good book, enjoy nature trails, observe birds, or soak in a outdoor hot tub
