This enclave of executive vacation 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes provide spacious comfort for guests to base their Disney area vacations, and is located less than 30 minutes from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Wet & Wild and Universal Studios 'Islands of Adventure' and 'Ride the Movies'. The Somerset community offers basketball and volleyball courts for the guests enjoyment, together with soccer and baseball fields, a fitness center and a community pool. Of course, a round of golf at Remington (a 'Disney Design Award' course) is always available for reasonable green fees. Near the excitement and nightlife of Orlando, Somerset vacation rental guests can also enjoy fishing, boating, and picnicking just three miles away at Lake Tohopekaliga (Lake Toho).

In the garage - the fun continues - with a pool table for extra family fun! Sleeping accommodation at Fairways includes 2 master bedroom suites. The first features a sleep-soft, king-size bed, cable TV and DVD player, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser, plus closet space, and a private master bathroom with mirrored his 'n' hers vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, a large walk-in closet, and toilet. The second master suite also enjoys a king-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV, walk-in closet space, plus an en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity, toilet, and bath/shower. A further master bedroom suite provides a Queen-size bed, with nightstand, dresser with cable TV, and its own private bathroom. There are two further spacious bedrooms that are ideal for the kids, and each enjoys 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV, closet space, plus a shared family bathroom with vanity, bath/shower and toilet.
