Teachers are special !: An extra 10% discount for teachers in public and private schools with proof of school ID.
No Extra Fees: We don't charge a cleaning fee. We don't charge you per person, but we do ask that you adhere to the maximum occupancy which is 6 persons. We are not a big business, just a regular family who fell in love with the Smokies and would like to share it with your family. We ask for a $150 security deposit, which is refunded to you after you have checked out and housekeeping informs me that all is well. The cabin is not rented for house parties or persons under 21 years of age. Persons who check in under false pretenses will be asked to leave and will forfeit the rental money and deposit.
