Base weekly rates are for the first 6 guests. Just $35/person/week for additional guests.
Weekly Rentals- A $250 - $500. Refundable Deposit will reserve this home for you.
Monthly Rentals & Groups under 26 yrs have a $1000. Refundable Deposit.
Rental payment and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival, Call for exceptions.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit will not be refunded.
All rates listed are discounted Family Rates.
Cleaning fee is $150 for 6 guests or less.
Cleaning fee is $175 for 7 - 12 guests.
Cleaning fee is $195 for 13 - 14 guests.
Cleaning fee is $250 for 15 or more guests.

The bunk room has a new set of bunk beds in it, sleeps two. The Sunroom doors close off from the rest of the home to provide privacy. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Sunroom. The Living Room has a Queen Portable Bed with a stand! The couch in the living room has cushions that can be removed to sleep two more guests, if needed!
